Parking: Home owners are asked to please park their vehicles in their driveways to allow your neighbors to have available guest parking spaces when needed. Vehicles CANNOT be stored in guest parking. Vehicles cannot be parked on any grass areas in the community. Any vehicle with an expired tag or with flat tires will be towed from any guest parking at the owners expense. 

Pets: Please do not allow your dogs out loose and without a leash. Also, please be considerate to others and pick up after your pet.

If you need to purchase a remote to access the community, they are available at the offices of Unlimited Property Management located at 7655 NW 50 Street Miami Fl. 33166. Please bring a check made payable to Doral Sands for $35 to purchase your new remote. Please remember that cash WILL NOT be accepted.

Alligators: Alligators have been seen in the canals next to your community. Should you see an Alligator please contact 311. If there is an Emergency immediately call 911.
 

For the safety of others in the community please remember to ALWAYS respect all posted speed limits and stop signs throughout the community.


Rules & Regulations: Several residents have told us that they do not have a copy of the Rules and Regulations governing Village of Doral Sands. The Bylaws are supposed to be conveyed from seller to buyer, and absentee owners are supposed to give their tenants a copy, but apparently this is not always being done. Both tenants and owners, including absentee owners, are responsible for compliance. 		To help keep the community look great please remember to keep your driveways free of weeds and grass.
