Garbage Container’s Rule
Some residents continue to leave their trash container in the front area of their homes permanently resulting in an aesthetic problem for the community.
Therefore, in our constant efforts to have the community looking its best, The Board together with Management would like to once again ask for your help and support by taking the trash bins out after 6:0 PM the night before pick up, and store them back inside and/or out of sight by not later than 9:00 PM of the same pick up day. The bins should not be visible at all.

Ducks:
The Association asks all home owners to please abstain from feeding the ducks in the community. These ducks leave droppings throughout the community and can spread germs and diseases. This also applies to stray cats. Please DO NOT feed the ducks and or any stray cats in the community. |
